Default IGP: horrible call!

Well, in the end, there would have been a sac fly and Barmes would
have scored anyway, so maybe it would not have been a big deal... but
I am angry.

I disagree, as Lincecum would pitch differently with the man still on
3rd base. 3 innings left, can't let it get them down. Winn out at
3rd, ouch.....

That was a fairly shallow fly, not sure that the run would have scored.

Hmm... bottom 9th, tying run on 2B, Lewis who is batting .330 this season
and 2 for 4 in the game, and also batting .400 versus lefties, was replaced
by Ortmeier who's hitting .250, but had one good game last night. Good or
bad move?

I though it was odd with Lewis being hot, but with Fuentes' throwing
motion, lefty/righty would seem to be the right move. Bochy hasn't
used Lewis vs. lefties all season, only 5 AB.
