It's been fun

I'm so crushed by the events of last night that I'm not even going to
attempt to articulate it. I'll concentrate on the more pleasant
memories instead.

Thanks to everybody who made this a great group over the years. Just
because the team has been taken from us, and just because this group
has been deserted for the last few years doesn't invalidate the
fantastic discussions and friendships that were formed here.

Coz, Anthony Aversano, Jason Michael Barker, Ron Coscorrosa, Charles
"Beau" Beauchamp, Kevin "Kev-san" Hansen, Big Chris Meirose, rave,
John Wallace Craven, Michael Dave II: Electric Boogaloo, M. Zaiem Beg,
and of course the visitors from other groups--we had a good run. We
never had the posting volume of some other groups, but I'd like to
think we had the quality.

My first and likely last post using this account.

Last night the NBA died to me. All the reasons..the business
talk...political crap etc is now irrelevant. My team is gone. My interest
is ended. I will not be a Blazer fan. Don't really care about any other
franchise. One day down the road OKC will be celebrating titles and such.
Oh well. Hell with them and this franchise.

If some other group comes up with a team for Seattle I'll probably start
paying attention then but I probably won't get all fired up to publically
fund a new arena so for now with me it is a moot point.

You guys are still my buds. Any of you wanna go see a Storm game sometime
look me up.

With that..this is Beau signing off from this group forever.
