We are having difficulty in adding the event to OARA. Please fax entry
forms for this event to 0870-133-2013 so we can check whether your
entry gets the right priority when checking the total number of
entries/races. I hope we can get OARA updated tomorrow.

The OARA system list of events is being updated with this event and is
temporarily unavailable; should be up and running later today.

OARA is now open again with the missing event included. Thanks for
their efforts and your patience.

I also note that the Vet 1x category has been dropped this year at
Marlow Spring Regatta. Last year it was cancelled because of the high
wind in the afternoon which I fully agreed with on safety grounds.
So, instead of entering as Vet D I will allow myself to be humiliated
by entering Open Novice.

I have just heard that Red Boards are going up on the locks upstream
of Marlow. Please check the website for up to date news.

Due to fast stream conditions at present and the forecast of rain over
the weekend, Marlow Spring Regatta will take place at Dorney Lake.

The programme of racing will be as published; updated safety plan,
instructions to crews etc. will be posted on the website later.

We regret that we will have to make a charge for parking but boat
trailers and crew buses will be exempt.
