How can anybody make a decision like this? I can't imagine his salary
cut much into the bottom line.
Ten games of Cousy was just right for me. I liked hearing his candid
opinions.

What? When did you hear this? Give us some details! I hadn't heard this
yet.
I love listening to Cooz. He knows the game and knows how to talk about it.
Where Tommy is the ultimate homer, Cooz is the tough love parent. He wasn't
afraid to criticize the C's when they were bad.

Okay, just read about it. I can't believe COMCAST would do that to him.
Interesting that Cousy said it was a "low level" COMCAST executive that was
given the job of calling and telling him. Over the phone. No heads up.
Not even the decency to have a meeting with him, thank him for his long
years of service and for what he meant to the Celtics. Whoever it was who
was "just doing his job" is probably going to be President of COMCAST
someday. That's not a compliment.

Maybe we can figure out where to send a complaint.

I think most sports commentators aren't worth a damn. Tommy included. But
Cousy was different. Thoughtful, honest, and usually insightful. Too bad.
