View Full Version : It's no longer Dubya. It's Chicken Little!

If you don't pass this bail-out package today, the world will fall
apart tomorrow. So said President Chicken Little. Hmmm. The sky
isn't falling yet but gas prices sure are! These bad times are sure
gettin' better. Even Ed Rollins (former Reagan and Huckabee campaign
chair) called Chicken Little's speech the most gloomy political
speech
that he had ever heard. One former president told us "We have
nothing to fear but fear itself" but Chicken Little uses fear on a
routine basis to advance his agenda. The Homeland Security Advisory
System had to be the silliest. In fact, whatever happened to the
"color-coded terror alerts"? I guess the Chicken-In-Chief killed off
Saddam so now we're spared of that nonsense? And, of course, who can
forget his WMDs! Justifying an entire war with fear -- gee, what a
novel idea!

Listen to Keith Olbermann on the fearmongering Chicken Little (long
but way way incredibly on the mark)
Don't miss this!

And why is that? Olbermann is probably more informed and
better versed in world politics than someone like Sarah Palin.

I agree about Keith but I still can't stand him on the Sunday night
football show. He should stick to the news. He's a poor man's John
Stewart.

1. Palin's not running for president. I'm getting tired of having to
remind you Obamaciples of this.
2. Keith is clearly paranoid and insane.

But she is running for second in command, yes? She would
be president of the U.S. if the elderly McCain kicks the bucket,
yes?

Palin is not *remotely* qualified for that job, correct?

>2. Keith is clearly paranoid and insane.

Maybe so, but that hasn't stopped a lot of Republicans from
having long political careers. ;-)

Well if Keith is insane...then the world of Usenet is certainly a loony bin.

Oh wait...it is. :-)
