doesn't really matter if you can't win the big one.

No playoffs for you! (And you know who you are.)

What a display of power last night from the Twins......NOT! You know
if I got thrown out from a 105 year old center fielder, I think I'd
retire! OK, Jr isn't 105 in human years, but he is in baseball years!

Cubs and White Sox in playoffs. That hasn't happened often. However,
I'm pulling for the Rays in the AL and the Cubs in the NL. Cubs got
the worst draw in the playoffs having to play Los Angeles. If they
can get by the Dodgers, neither the Brewers or Phillies pose that much
of a threat to them.

pffffttt!!! Dodgers barely cleared .500. Worst record among the eight
playoff teams.
I'm picking the Angels and Cubs, although the Phils and Rays could be
trouble.

But they are a different team with Manny on it, people forget that. It's
not just the season record. I still think the Cubs should win the series
but I would not count LA out. I think that was a bad matchup possibly for
the Cubs.

Well, no, I haven't discounted Manny, but I still think the Cubs should win.
I also recognize that no one is right all the time, especially when it comes
to the Cubs . . .

Especially the Cubs. Now down 0-2 they must now beat the Dodgers 3
times. Not likely.

Like I said, this was a bad match up for the Cubs.

What would have been anyone's basis for picking the Cubs? The past
104 yrs? Oh that's right....the 'it's not the same team and they hvae
nothign to do with the past'....tell that to the Lions.

Picking the Cubs. P-shaw.

Don't feel bad. I had Cubs vs Rays. At least the Rays are still
alive. They haven't done great on the road this season but they
haven't been awful either. They could get that 3rd game in Chicago.
