"We sincerely thank you for your support this season. We continue to
have the best fans in baseball. Your loyalty is very much appreciated
and we look forward to seeing you next season."

Of course, our loyalty is appreciated. You did nothing to justify it,
Mr. Oakland A's Franchise!

If the A's want to cultivate a following of stupidly blind and loyal
fans, the more power to them. I, for one, will not tolerate a Cubs-
like run of futility while the owners and the players get wealthy off
my dollars.

You forgot to add that they advised us that the A's Fan Fest will be on
January 24, 2009--Saturday.
See you all there!!! ;=)!

The team cries about attendance and then eliminates the cheapest seats.
The complain about fan interest and get a radio deal where fans in
the largest city in the area can not hear weekday games and where their
cable outlet often has things like reruns of volley ball when the team
is playing a game that is not being televised.
They claim to be fan friendly yet they want to build a park far
removed from BART or and feasible transit options.
For many years I had a weekend plan. This is the first year since
1977 that I have not gone to an A's game. Next year will be the second year.

Thank you for your loyal support. Please come back next year while we
plan to build a new park in an inconvenient location with little public
transit. Your continued attendance will help us build a no park where
you will not be able to afford tickets.
