Doug Smith has mentioned in his blog that Jamario Moon was conspicuous in
his absence from pre-training camp workouts. They aren't required, but some
non-player Raptor personnel are disappointed that he wasn't there working on
his game. He certainly has lots of room for improvement.

I read it was something to do with him forgetting to renew his
passport. Kinda like how he forgot that he'd need to involve a
teammate in one of his dunks for the dunk contest, which caused him to
lose that.
