Stevie Wonder could have called that right. Pathetic.

At least they got it right on the double play in the 9th. Why
the 2nd base umpire had that wrong I have no idea. Maybe he
was in a bad position, too close to see both the ball and the
player.

I only saw the homeplay replay on the news so I didn't get a
real good look. Is the yellow line a home run? To me it looked
like it hit the yellow line.

What about Selig setting it up so the Astros have to play
the Cubs in Milwaukee? What a joke that was. Nice non-partisn
job Bud. Let's move the game 2000 miles from the home park
and put it about an hour drive up for the Chicago fans.
Who is going to benefit from that move?

Bud didn't count on the the Pretty Boy Floyds of the Midwest
going around and robbing all of these ball clubs of their
playoff payoffs. Amazing what pitching and defense can do.

It hit the line, and lines are in play. I read that Votto thought he
heard it bounce over and hit a seat, but I didn't see that. Looked
like a single to me.

They played the slo-mo replay many times and Grande still failed to point
out that the ball obviously changed direction prior to hitting the top of
the fence. The ball clearly hit off a seat and caromed down to hit the top
of the fence. How Grande didn't see this is beyond me. He went on and on
about how it was so close and the umps couldn't overturn it because it
wasn't obvious. Yes it was George, yes it was.
