6 Week Beta Alanine Supplementation Protocol

Also known as: You have to supplement your body to improve your
performance Part II
The first part of the supplementation protocol was simply to improve
the athletes capacity to work (see part one). The next protocol is to
improve factors that inhabit the athletes in their specific events.
The athletes this protocol is for compete in 200m/400m/400m hurdles
and have very specific things we have to combat. The main culprit is
hydrogen production that increases intermuscular acedosis in the
muscle that inhibit you from sprinting for prolonged periods. This is
often confused with lactic acid. The product we use is Beta Alanine,
which is an amino acid that neutralizes the hydrogen ions.
The protocol is six weeks long and comes at the end of their SPP. The
end of the protocol will be at the end of competition period. The
ideal dose is 1.6g before practise and 1.6g with dinner. This protocol
lifts the Carnosine level in the body by 50%. The specific product we
use contains per capsule: 800mg Beta Alanine and 50g Histidine. The
results have been amazing and this protocol can be prescribed.Read
