Something needs to be done. TJack may have his problems, but I think
coaching and/or playcalling is the biggest reason the team is 0-2.

I replayed both the Packer game and Colts game and to be honest I
don't thing Jacksons played that bad. I think the Vikings are so
predictable in their play selection that it's almost like the Defense
is in the huddle. Look what happen when he came out throwing with a
minute left in the half. I only saw about 8 passes in both games
which could be considered bad throws and several of them may have been
throw aways hard to tell on tv without seeing how well the recievers
were covered. If Berriman doesnt get tripped up by a shoestring on a
slant in the first game and Shiacone doesnt drop a TD in the 2nd game
the Viking may very well be 2-0 and he'd be considered adequate. The
Vikings recievers are crap at getting separation and I think TJ is
hesitant to throw until he sees the reciever is open. I tried giving
Childressthe benefit of the doubt but enough is enough he needs to go.
TJ I still think can run the offense

NERD: You need Garcia. Better yet, trade a first for Brady Quinn.

››› Strongly disagree. In both games, Jackson threw balls into the
dirt, at recievers' feet, he threw into triple coverage more than once
as well.
It's honestly past time to just admit he is not NFL material, never was.
I was furious the day they drafted him, and now I know why.

››› I didn't "count throws" as you may have, but it really doesn't
take a great football mind to see that Jackson's terrible. Yes, it is
true that the offensive play calling is absolutely embarrasing, but a
good qb works around this mess. Frerotte probabaly won't look like Joe
Montana out there either, but I bet he'll complete the little bull shit
7 yd passes that TJ couldn't, and he'll do a better job surveying the
field, and hitting open receivers, and not forcing balls into double and
triple coverage.
If Berriman doesnt get tripped up by a shoestring on a slant in the

›› Agreed on Childress. I think any of us fans can send better plays
in the huddle, and I'm honestly not kidding.
As for TJ, no, he can't run any NFL offense, which is why you'll never
see him again after this season. He didn't even face div 1 competition
in college, so I hope no one's actually surprised by his poor play.
