1. Favre looks good. Hasn't lost any passing abilities. For the first time
in a while, the Jets have a QB that can win a game or break it open with a
single play. I wasn't in favor of the Favre deal, but he gives the Jets a
new dimension that they wouldn't have had with Chad, who wins the game with
drives and now with single plays. When he's passing the ball defenses have
got to be holding their breath and defending against a long one. It is
helping the running game.
2. Outstanding play by both Jets CB's. Lowery was a real find. Where the
hell did he come from ???
3. Brick's pass blocking was excellent. Perhaps when you block for Favre
you try better ???
4. Brandon Moor was blasting nice holes. They ran to his side all day and
he did a nice job. I especially like the hole he popped open for a Jones 6
yard gain in the first drive of the game.
5. Jets front seven looks poised to be far more aggressive this year. Thank
goodness.
This was just the Dolphins, so as of yet, I have no idea what they can do
against a strong team. We'll see better next week.
Honorable mention to Chad. He almost won the game for the Fish

I wish the Jets did a better job of protecting him, the only real
negative play for Favre was the fumble. The Jets also need to get
Favre and Coles on the same page.

Terrific debut. Now they have to find a safety to team with Rhodes.
Barrett got a lot of time there late in the game. Eric Smith was awful
on that Fasano TD.

Promising start for Ferguson, lets' hope he can keep it up.

Decent depth also with Gholston, Bowens, Devito, and Pouha.

Sort of like he almost won a lot of games for the Jets.
It couldn't happen to a nicer team
