.... the injury report.
Man, we need Aybar and Howie back 100% for the playoffs.
At this point, how can K-Rod NOT get 60 saves?
Will Vlad raise his avg to end the season at a more Vlad-ish .300?
Hunter has been a friggin' madman with bat and glove last few weeks.
I always worry about the health of the arms on the mound.
But the division is ours.
There is interesting drama in other divisions, though: just as the
Twins were starting to scorch and make ground not only in the WC but
against the leaders on of the Central, Chisox, the RNC forced them out
on a ridiculously grueling long road trip which sorta tripped them a
bit...but now we hear Carlos Quentin's broken wrist might make him
miss the rest of the year. So..who knows? (Also: Junior [surprise!] is
hurt, and Crede too.)
All I know is: it would be schweeet to see either the Chisox or Twins
get the WC, locking out both the Bosox and Yank-Mees.
I think we can take the Rays in the playoffs, IF we're relatively
healthy.
