Did Sean Rod strike out on a 4-2 pitch?

It looked like the ump gave the pitcher 4 balls and 3 strikes for a
strike out in the 4th inning?

That would have put him on base for Tex's double for a possible score
from 1st.

Yes, he did strike out on a 4-2 count. The ump, catcher, and S-Rod
lost count. Scioscia missed it. The broadcast booths caught it.
