Remember a couple years ago when Harang led the league with 16 wins.
This season there could possibly be up to 10 20-game winners, which
probably hasnt happened in my lifetime or yours.

One of these possibilities is Volquez which would make him the first
Reds 20-game winner since Danny Jackson 20 years ago.

Its good to see so many starting pitchers excelling. The ERA's around
the league are starting to look decent too. Is this a cyclical thing
or is it more likely due to steroid/amphetimine testing, or are there
just a lot of young stud pitchers in the game now.

Did anybody here pick Harang to be this bad, possibly leading the
majors in losses and approaching the 20-loss mark. This might be a .
500 team with a healthy Harang (assuming we didnt unload players when
we did).

One really has to wonder about the wisdom of trotting him out there
in relief that night, in retrospect.
