Thanks for sharing, Don. I do remeber your posts at the beginning of the
summer. Thank goodness you found a job so quickly!

One time several years ago a drunk driver sideswipped my parked car in front
of my house. The police arrived pretty quickly, but not until some of the
neighborhood guys had apprehended the offender (he had crashed into another
car and come to a stop). Although I didn't see it, I was told that they
administered a bit of "neighborhood justice." I kind of felt bad that I
didn't feel bad, if you know what I mean... Thank goodness he didn't hit a
kid.
