The Twins' last four losses:
1. Turned a 6-1 seventh-inning lead into an 11-6 loss
2. Turned an exhilirating, come-from-behind 4-run 8th inning rally for 8-7
lead into a 9-8 loss
3. Turned a 4-2 eight-inning lead into a 5-4 loss in 12 innings as a result
of a horrible error
4. Turned an exhilirating, come-from-behind 3-run tying HR against
Mariano-frickin'-Rivera into a 9-6 loss in innings
Wow. Staggered throughout a season, I can take that... but this team is
just killing me lately!
Side note: earlier this season, the Twins just kept gravitating to .500.
Now they keep gravitating to 13 wins over .500... this is their 5th time at
that particular mark.

Well, at least they are still 5-5 of the last ten, and are still just
a half game behind the division leading ChiSox.
Yes, there have been a few ugly losses, but nothing to get too
discouraged about yet.

In order of greatest disappointment:
1. The 11-6 loss to Seattle. A game that looked to be cinched turned
into an utter embarrassment.
2. The loss to the Yankees. Rivera was tagged for his first blown save
of the season.
3. The 8-7 loss. The Twins had turned an early 2-0 into a 6-3 deficit.
Yeah the 4 run 8th inning was cool, but the game never felt like it
was in the bag.
4. The 5-4 loss at KC. With so many miscues on defense the Twins
didn't deserve to win this one.
