Just gave up a ten spot to the Marin--umm, Red Sox in Seatt--ooops, Boston.

Raul Iban--umm, David Ortiz had 6 RBI in the inning with two 3-run home
runs. Interestingly, in each of those HRs, he drove in JD Drew and Dustin
Pedroia. Ron Washington must have feeling like he was watching Groundhog
Inning.

At least the Rangers had the common sense to get it out of the way early!
Twins choked away a 5-run lead in the 7th inning in their debacle.

And, unlike the Twins, the Rangers were able to put up enough offense to
come back from that embarrassment.

And ESPN was able to make it all about the Yankees! They were
recapping the game and mentioned that 6 RBI by a player in one inning
had only been accomplished 11 times in major league history and that
doing it in the first inning was rare. They then proceeded to show the
four times it has happened in the first inning. (Hmmm...four times out
of eleven = 36.4% of the time--rare??) The last time it happened?
Yankees, Bobby Abreu. Who else had done it? Gil McDougald, Yankees.
