What's the difference? If what we are told is to be believed, and
what is obviously necessary is going to finally come to pass, this is
a long-term plan, not a short-term one. What happens in the short-
term (ie next season) doesn't matter.

These guys are not headed for the title. Which one starts en route to
an inevitable lottery or first-round-exit season doesn't much matter.
What matters is that if the team and management takes the right
direction, we won't have to sit here discussing this in the same way
in a few more years.

Does that mean you don't know, or you do and you're just not saying?

I guess that means you missed the point entirely.

I understood your point Noah, just don't agree with it. I was asking
who is the starting 5. You missed that point.

And my response to that question is how would anybody know and why
would anybody care?

Noah, why even be a fan then until this team is blown up?
Personally, I am hoping to see change on the court. I expect to see the
players care about the game for a change. I want to see a real effort, I
want the team to at least look like they know what they are doing on D (not
likely but I can hope).
If we field a team of Steph, Jamal, Q, Zach, and Curry, I doubt we will see
any of that, but I will say a team of Duhon, Crawford, Chandler, Lee and
Curry (we have to play him or have no hope of trading him) we at least have
a chance of seeing this team go out and play with some resemblance of a
basketball team.

OK, I'll start it off.
Duhon
Crawford
Q
Chandler
Curry

Curry may be replaced with Zach if Curry comes to camp out of shape and Zach
is not traded.

Can't work he is a broken down euro player at this point.. Bulging
disk back problems at 19??? That is for us older folk. Anyway, I am
not that positive. I have historically been the positive one on this
group but gallinari just wories me. He does have talent though, but so
did the goat. Anybody old like me might know who the goat is....
Jabaar said he was the most talented basketball player he ever saw or
played against.

I think it is normal that Gallinari may seem like a mysterious object.
It is also normal to make inferences about his state of health. But I
think that many will have to swallow the whistles with which you have
accepted.

I would love that to be correct. Nevertheless I did say that he is
indeed talented, however it has yet to be shown on an NBA court.
