Hutton ahead of Gilberto, I'd say. Gilberto is a left sided player
anyway IIRC. Bale can play both sides I think.

believe me, that is how it is spelled.

Gilberto is a left back, and what happened to Hutton? Why would you need
Staltieri AND Lee AND Gilberto - all play the same position. Berbs is going,
Arshavin is almost certain to come and we'll have another striker, another
DMF, and another centre-back.

I hope you do sell Stalteri (no extra i) or send him out on loan again
as I would prefer him to be playing regularly while we try to negotiate
the world cup qualifying campaign over here (Canada).
Only reason for keeping him would be that he plays both left and right
back, and can also play in midfield, so he provides cover for quite a
few positions. If Bale and Hutton stay healthy, there is no reason you
would use Stalteri much.

And don't forget Essou-Akotta or whatever his name is. Some of them
will have to go for sure. Gilberto plays well in Midfield so should be

And I am not sold on Lennon either, can run like the wind but doesnt
deliver too much. Nice one to have coming in to trouble tired defences
after 60 minutes, but I have seen nothing to suggest he will deliver
this season either.

His problem his he's injured too often. When on he's an absolute
nightmare for defenders; he's quick like lightening.

He has not improved one bit over the past 2 seasons. At the moment, all he
has is pace.
If he could learn to cross a ball he could be very useful.
Dos Santos is a completely different player. You can't compare them -
particularly in Lennon's favour

Mate...he is a very average player.

He is no midfielder. Stalteri can go. We hyave plenty cover, plus a couple

I know. but he is an experienced international for us, and we haven't
got too many alternatives. Only 3 Canadians played in top European
leagues at all last year (Stalteri, De Guzman, and Imhof). We do have
some decent players in Denmark, Greece etc. and some won promotion to
the Bundesliga, so things are improving a wee bit.

He played well enough for you folks three seasons back (played nearly
every game and you almost finished fourth). I think he has declined
quite a bit since then. Was pretty good in his Bremen days.

As for midfield, that was his original position, and he has played far
more often in midfield for Canada than as a fullback.

His penetrative ability is bettered only by Ronaldo (it's better than
even J.Cole's), as far as the EPL is concerned.
