The A's will have to wait another year to get into the playoffs. This team
is flat, deflated big time! You can tell with the comments made by Justin D
about the recent trades. Trades can be a good thing, as long a sit doesn't
mess up the team chemistry, as the trades of the last 8 or 9 months have.
Now it's time to dump Houston Street, as long as were purging.

I agree about street, but really what kind of trade value would he
have?I think he has either lost velocity or movement on his ball. When he
gets it over the plate he gets hit. That has not always been the case
with him in the past.If he has indeed "lost it",everyone in the league
would know it, and he would have no trade value.

How 'bout a one year supply of sunflower seeds?

I think the A's have other potential closers right now in the bullpen, yet
they keep running Street out there.

I vote for either Foulke or Devine when they come off the DL.Everyone
else walks too many.
