Any good like?
Malbranque
Kaboul
Tainio
Chimbonda
Apparently 3 out of 4 are Keane!
Then Bent too maybe
Is it thank you very much for the £33 million or so :)

Great signings if you can carry it off.. quite a coup imho.

Unless bent is desperate to get away I can't see us letting him go
before we know whether or not we'll have either Keane or Berbatov this
season.
I think Malbranque is a good buy and I'll be sorry to see him leave although
he lacked consistency I think he's one of those players who needs a good run
as he did improve
quite a bit last season and began to look like he did when he was at
Fullham.
Chimbonda and Tanio (especially Tanio) are very decent players too.
Kaboul I think has potential but had a couple of nightmare games for us
early on which
I think damaged his confidence. I think he was good playing alongside Ledly
but then most are.
It was when Ledly got injured and Dawson was left to run the show that the
communication and understanding
went tits up.

Thanks for the honest appraisal. I'm not sure that I'd like to see Kaboul
sign for us if the comments made by his agent are true. We're desperate to
sign Bent as we're short of firepower until Jones is fit again. Even then, I
think Bent would be a perfect foil for Jones' strength in the air.

He was thrown in at the deep end with only Dawson to play with. Dawson had
his worst ever season, but Kaboul has potential - particularly as a
defensive midfielder. I always think he's better going forward than being
stuck at full back.
His agent - like most agents, is a cnut.

Not sure if we'll sell Bent now.

I'm very disappointed to see Younes go. imho he hasn't been given the
chance.
