He doesn't need a "replacement" per se. We need a bench, yes. And I think
we have one right now good enough to repeat. That said, I think we'll see
another signing of another [cheaper] bench player.

Really. He played well and had some nice games. But so would lots of guys
when you are helping a team with the likes of Garnett/Allen/Pierce.

That said, whoever we do add should have 3 point range, imo.

Ideally, whoever we add, will be between 6'3" and 6'7", play average to
above average defense, hustle, and have a good 3 point shot.

Strongly disagree with you.

Knows how to win, plays strong D, is "mean" enough on court, cannot be left
alone on the 3 stripe... gonna make you pay double teams...

You'd better fetch game #5 video of the finals, then you'll be carrying him
too...

Kind of guy you miss in a contender, when you do not have him...

Ciao

P.S. All imho as usual...

No one was denying that he had key contributions. Most here, myself
included, wanted to keep him if possible. It wasn't realistic based on the
salary he was looking for and got. It's too much money and for too long for
a bench player who had an important but limited role. A role that can be
filled by others for a lot less money.
