Did anybody else notice the very, shall we
say questionable calls at 2nd base last night, there where three and two
of the
three where clearly blown by the 2nd base
ump,and the third he made when he clearly was out of position and
looking the
other way.??
I'm sure if it had been a regular season
game there would have been a mananger
or two running out on the feild.
Just one more case that mlb needs to
adopt the instant reply and take the
guess work out of the game.
As for the yankee fans, they continue to
show why not only does everybody hate
their team, but their lack of class as fans
as well. But then yankee fans even tend
to devoure their own alive at times.
You would think for one game that salutes
the best players in mlb,the yankee faithful
would set their differences aside, but oh no.No wonder their players take
such grief
when visiting in other parks.Serves em right I guess.
To bad when one considers it was the last
all star game in babes house and they made a mockery of the game,by
showing
their ignorance.
But all that aside it was cool to watch two
great pitchers like doc and riveria discussing their craft like a couple
of
eager school boys.Now thats class.
