The Rose Award goes to Ronnie Belliard of the Washington Nationals,
who went three-for-four with five RBI and scored two runs in a 10-0
win over the Houston Astros.

Tim Redding finally got a victory after nine consecutive no-
decisions. The Astros had hits in the first five innings, but Redding
consistently got out of trouble to record his first victory since May
19.
