He is batting only .253 and has only 31 rbi's with a high strike= out total.
Matt is now too old at 40 and is slow on the base paths. No MLB team that
wants to contend should have a DH this bad.

I suggest that he be replaced by rookie Wayne Lydon from their Syracuse AAA
team.
Lydon is not a great slugger but he has terrific speed as his 38 stolen
bases this season would indicate. He is currently batting .286. There is no
point for the Jays to continue with Stairs as they are already out of
contention.

I agree...Stairs is on his last legs. Great guy but stick a fork in
him...he's done.
