Assuming the current roster probably. Nate started him last year because he
wants Travis with the white unit.
He is spending his summer working on defense if it goes as planned.
Nate told him to quit dreaming of being Kobe and aim more to Bowen... (he
was Kobe for a quarter last year...I sweat he was channeling him)

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - Trail Blazers coach Nate McMillan says he has his
starting lineup all set - if the season were to start tomorrow.
Right now, McMillan's top five are Steve Blake, Brandon Roy, Martell
Webster, LaMarcus Aldridge and Greg Oden.
The second unit is either new recruit Jerryd Bayless or Sergio Rodriguez,
Rudy Fernandez, Travis Outlaw, Channing Frye and Joel Przybilla.
Still, a lot can change before the fall.
McMillan tells The Oregonian he would like to see Outlaw and Webster compete
for the starting small forward position.
