To whom it may concerns:

foreigners as leverage against communist military power.

vicious to eliminate potential contenders. It is silly. It turns
everyone into animals.


Some of those failing to meet the minimum standard take to the
extreme. There are many reports that they stole the children of
athletes and set them up for underground boxing match. Many of these
fans has no respect for the law and due process. Drug, gang warfare,
harassment, and other illegal means of retaliation often led them to
mutual destruction.
