One might suggest that the poll is actually fairly simple and easy.

Do you consider the Patriots cheaters? Yes or No?

I am not often keen on internet polls. However, I like ESPN's format because
it shows the different opinions in various states. Also, the questions are
usually fairly simple and require a "yes," "no," or "possibly" answer.

That's what's wierd about this whole thing. It's perfectly within the
NFL rules to observe, take notes, draw pictures, etc., but using a
video camera isn't. It's not stolen information, just recorded
information.
