The non-call on Reeves was balanced out by a non-call on Carolina, in the
first half, when Owens was grabbed around the left shoulder...3rd down drive
killer, in the same general spot on the field.

Meanwhile, the refs owe Dallas one. If the hit by Tank Johnson on the sack
was a penalty, so was the non-call when Barber was hit. In both instances,
the defender led with his helmet, and hit the opposing player in the upper
chest with the crownj of his head. The call on Johnson was the correct
call. The officials missed the other one.
