Released by the Blue Jays today. There's a hack on local radio saying the
Reds should pick him up so they have right handed pop. Says he should play 3 days a week at 1B and platoon with Votto. Can this guy still play D? |

That aside, the reason for Thomas's outburst was because he didn't want to be a part-timer - he certainly isn't looking to be a NL bench player. Not that I'd expect our local radio hacks to consider this. |

Doc finally came out with his opinion and said he was not in favor of it. He thinks young players need to play and not platoon. |
