You are obviously new to this group. There is an ancient poster---goes by
the handle of tks---who actually attended a 1945 World Series game. For the
rest of us, who are, of course, much younger than he is, 1945 is
pre-history.

Well, I am and I am....

So, yeah, I was around when the Cubs played in their last World Series
but obviously was just a mere child who had just been accepted to
nursery school....

O.K. to be honest..... I was eight and a slow learner.....Big deal!

Claude, don't try to divert attention from yourself by saying you are
much younger. You told me you were still in diapers at the time.....

Found out those were Depends not diapers, so don't talk to me about age.
