TRADE: Dallas traded Eddie Jones and two future 2nd round draft picks to
Indiana for Shawne Williams.

D.J. White (OKC) is scheduled to undergo surgery on his jaw to remove a
benign growth, then a bone graft will be taken from his hip to mend the
jaw bone. He is expected to be out 4 to 6 months.

Indiana signed Jeff Foster to a 2 year contract extension.

Milwaukee released T.J. Cummings.

Washington released Taj McCullough.

News from October 11.

Golden State suspended Monta Ellis for 30 games for violating his
contract. Ellis was involved in a moped accident this summer and suffered
a seriously sprained ankle - he then lied to the team about the cause of
the injury.

Memphis released Malick Badiane.
